Shipping fees flat rate of  Metro areas $150.00, Western Australia , Nothern Territory and regional $250.00

We offer nationwide delivery anywhere in Australia.

Timeframes & Tracking
As customisable rugs are designed to your requirements, it takes time to create your unique rug. Please allow 10-15 business days for the rug to be dispatched.

We will send you a confirmation email once the rug has been dispatched including tracking details. Freight can take up to 5-25 business days depending on where you are in Australia. Note: we cannot control delays by freight companies.

Returns
We will gladly replace an item if it is faulty or defective, provided you follow the conditions outlined below.
Custom rug made as per customer’s size and specification therefore return/refund not possible.

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your rug at rugs@carpetdeals.com.au
The item must be returned to Custom Rugs within 14 days of purchase.
You will bear any postage cost required to send us the faulty or defective product.
Returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Custom Rugs.
If we determine the product is faulty, we will use reasonable endeavours to repair or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product, we will give you a refund of the purchase price you paid for your rug.
We do not offer returns if you change your mind, so please choose your rug carefully and always view a sample to check colour and texture before purchasing.
